Founder / CEO
Brett's passion for marketing can be traced back to the tender age of 7. He sold his older brother on a deal that converted his Reflex skateboard for eight cat's eyes marbles and a Cronulla supporters glass (in American terms: a big beer mug with his favorite football team's logo on it). He has been grinning like this👆🏼 ever since.
TALI FOSTER-SNOWDON
Partner / Creative Director
Our Creative Director has nearly 20 years of experience working for global brands, and spent the first decade of her career at leading agencies in Australia. Since then, Tali has worked for some of the largest brands across America. Her global background and extensive experience in creative design and photography ensures her finger is always on the pulse of an ever evolving digital world.

Alissa is a Southern California native with a passion for copywriting and brand messaging. When she's not wordsmithing new social media projects, this proud dog mom can be found rewatching her favorite movies, 📽 brainstorming ideas for her annual Halloween party 👻 (no matter what month it is) and is usually one pun away from a dad joke at any given moment.
DEVON LUKASIEWICZ
Senior Account Manager
Devon is a Southern California native with 5 years of experience in the world of social media management and content creation. Her goal is to curate high-quality content that bleeds integrity. When she's not helping brands build their digital footprint, you can find her surfing, snowboarding, or fighting for her life in Jiu Jitsu class.

Cayley CRAM
Account Manager
Born and raised in sunny Carlsbad, CA, Cayley is a creative and motivated Social Media guru. She has gained experience developing digital marketing strategies and content creation with local restaurants and personal accounts over the last 4 years. When she’s not staging her next TikTok or setting up props for a photoshoot, you can find her watching a variety of documentaries on Netflix, cooking her favorite meals, or driving down PCH with a coffee in her hand.

Project Manager
Kylie recently moved to San Diego from Portland, OR. She's a graduate from the University of Oregon, where she majored in marketing and advertising and minored in Sports Business. Her hobbies include surfing, skiing, working out at Orangetheory, attending country concerts, watching sports, and hanging out with family and friends!

Maria’s passion for shopping has led her to a career as a Paid Media Specialist, where she convinces other people that they need to spend their money too. Her creative and analytical skills shine best through stunning Instant Experience Conversion Ads, and High Converting Lead Ads. In her spare time, Maria supports Latinx creatives, plays FFXIV, and creates cat TikToks.

Monica is a San Francisco State (go gators!) Graduate with a B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing. When she isn’t working the paid media game or supporting our clients with their email marketing, you’ll find her with friends and family. In her spare time, Monica dedicates herself to hand-making earrings for her small business!

As much as she is a European girl in her heart, she decided to stay and build a career in San Diego for many reasons, not limited to but including: the weather. Of course the weather! ☀️ She has gained her experience by working for various private companies and nonprofit organizations as a social media manager and product & lifestyle photographer. She’s also a passionate hiker, proud mom, and loyal Trader Joe’s customer.

Daisy recently graduated from California State University San Marcos, with a B.A. in Art, Media, and Design. She's a designer and mixed media visual artist based in San Diego. Her creative work ranges from digital to traditional art, more specifically working with graphic design, illustration, and printmaking.
